Agreement and seller

MCQ Bhandar is operated by Skilltouch India Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). You contract with Skilltouch India Private Limited for access to the service. By creating an account, purchasing content, or continuing to use MCQ Bhandar, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.

The service

MCQ Bhandar provides competitive-exam preparation content, including online tests, test series, previous-year material, PDFs, results, and performance analysis. Content is for educational and practice purposes and does not guarantee selection, rank, or examination results.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, protect your credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Licence and ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased or free content during its stated access period. Skilltouch India Private Limited and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, questions, explanations, documents, branding, and related intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, for spam, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Share, resell, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer the service or bypass access, payment, usage, or security controls.
  • Upload malware, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with systems, automate abusive requests, or compromise another account.

Payments, subscriptions, and Paddle

Prices, access periods, and whether content is a one-time purchase or subscription are displayed before checkout. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-current operation. Examination patterns, notifications, answers, and third-party information may change; users should verify critical information with the relevant official authority.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your licence ends and access to paid content may cease, subject to law and applicable Paddle terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement are excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us for the affected service during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, infringement, content, or material violation of these Terms.

General terms

We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, reorganisation, or transfer of business. If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
